"we bought a post bed machine from here and had troubles from the start. and we did the job we bought it for by hand. after troubleshooting with goldstar it was determined that the machine was sent with the wrong tensioner but since it had been almost a year cause we gave up on the machine they said we had to but the new part. that **** but fine. we ignore the 1500.00 paperweight again. then we get another job but really need to use the post bed for this order. so we order up the new tensioner. the next day we receive a email with our tracking number and it says will be here the following Tuesday or Wednesday. that Tuesday comes around and we check the tracking and it says label created and the date still shows for Tuesday delivery i email goldstar with no reply back and the next day i look at tracking again and now it shows it at the post office by goldstar as just being accepted. i email goldstar again no reply. i had a dead line for Friday on this order and now i will not be able to complete. today i email them again since yesterday was a holiday i gave them my tracking and voiced my disappointment in them. THEY REPLY i am shocked and all i get from someone named David is "Here is the tracking Number" WTH i replied back with i already knew the tracking and that i had put it with my order number in everyone of my emails to them. next i receive" Did you receive it yet" as the post man was delivering to our shop. i have been trying to find out why they delayed my shipment making my shop lose out on a job. and they once again have ghosted me. David And goldstar my disappointment in your customer service is beyond words how you have stayed in business so long has be baffled. i had to go to a competitors shop and pay a rush fee for them to complete a job that i would have never accepted had i known it was going to take so long to get here. i should have just ordered it from amazon would have been cheaper and in my hands in 2 days not 2 weeks"
