"No one from the customer service team ever contacted me with my concerns. They filled an order that was out of stock and never relayed the information that this order was going to take much longer than expected. Someone on their FB page kept telling me that I would be updated every day, yet no updates were ever provided. After waiting over 2 weeks and asking for a cancelation of my order and a refund, all of a sudden my order is now on its way and will arrive 3 weeks after I placed my order. Instead of doing to righ thing by shipping it priority for me, they send it the longest possible shipping method available and am ignoring me a messenger. Horrible customer service and I will never order from here again!!!! "

"I purchased this bar tack on 25 April 2022, I assembled the machine, plugged it in and tried to wind the first bobbin. I received a code E603 and the servo motor began smoking and nearly caught on fire. I have spoke to David several times with empty promises of shipping a replacement head unit. So - I have a $3000.00 chunk of Chinese steel that my business is unable to utilize, but Goldstar Tool has their money. Also 'David' is the only one authorized to handle decisions of this level, so if he's on travel you are forced to wait for his return to try and work out any resolutions. As of right now, I can not recommend purchasing anything form Goldstar Tool, if Goldstar rectifies my issue, I'd gladly write and updated review"

"We had the most incredible customer service. We made a mistake and bought the same item 3 times due to internet issue. Goldstar Tools immediately called us and checked to see if the order was correct. They even helped us find a cheaper way to purchase the item by increasing the volume. It saved us close to $300. Then it was shipped the same day. It has been a very long time since we had this kind of customer service. I am sold on working with this company again and again. Honest and an amazing product. "I purchased a post bed machine over 3 weeks ago. After one week, I contacted them and was told it would be sent from another retailer in New Jersey and I should receive a tracking for the shipment that week. I’ve yet to get that tracking number or any proof that my $1800 purchase was on the way. I’m hoping this review will yield some better results. "
