It took 1 week to receive them, so all together it took 2 weeks to receive the shipment after lots of phone calls. No one even bothered to call me back and they promised that they would."

"They took my order, charged my credit card, then called me demanding an extra $50 for shipping in excess of what was already charged. When I refused, they said they would cancel my order. The real problem is that they never did, they just kept the money and never shipped the order. I finally contested the charges with my credit card company and am still waiting for resolution 2 weeks later."
"Placed an order for a New Tech 0303 sewing machine. No stock so waiting for order to e filled. They hope to have it y the end of the summer. Seems a it long for a regularly stocked item. When asked for a comparable machine they offered the computerized version for an additional $300. Onan $800 order this is quite an increase for a purchase that is available."

"Been flipping thrift store jean jackets, etc., but I've been hand riveting much of the material that the sewing machine cannot handle. Woe unto me to get things lined up, etc, so I'm happy with my new hand press. Confusing part is there are so many choices for dies and I'm not exactly sure what I need. Plus, maybe if you bundle types of dies of the same function with a few size choices together, that would be more economical? Your chat room is great, but they had to excuse themselves for the fact that some of the rivets I would like to order are not photographed yet. Guess I could order by phone - and speak to a human - ha!"
