"I ordered drives via overnight delivery, but they never came because OWC entered the address wrong, according to FedEx. They will not refund the money until they get the drives back, which could be never. Horrible experience not only in that we did not have the drives for our production, we had to spend more money to find drives locally. And we are not talking about small drives, these were two $3k RAID Arrays."

"Do not buy this computer without upgrading the hard drive to a SSD! I mistakenly trusted that it would be enough for me to do basic office work from home, but EVERYTHING is slow, and it is more difficult than I anticipated to upgrade it myself. This is no fault to Mac sales.com since this is how the computer came back in 2019, but a disclaimer that the computer is so slow as is that it’s nearly worthless would have been nice to know before buying, and I would have had no problem paying a mere $50 more to upgrade to a SSD, had I only known! I’m going with an external SSD as a boot drive in the mean time and hoping that’s all I need to actually be able to use this computer for the very basic tasks I bought it for."
