"I have used OWC products for years, both personally, and with the company founded and ran for 25 years. They are dependable. (I think MacSales was even a customer of ours.)
My only complaint on the website is that the pricing onscreen for Black Friday was confusing. It showed a price, and a sentence about saving an additional amount, but I at first thought the price shown was net of that additional amount because it was Black Friday pricing. Actually, you get the additional amount discount on the price shown. Not the best user interface (and the company I founded and ran for 25 years was an e-commerce company, so I kind of know whereof I speak.)"

"My RAM upgrade from OWC has got my old iMac running just ticky-boo. At first I had a little trouble understanding order tracking, but that was "Operator Error" lol. I placed order Thursday night, Pacific time no less, had new RAM in my iMac on Tuesday a.m., it doesn't get much better than that!"
