"It was a model that was at least 12 years old, unbeknownst to me. When received, it did not work as I expected (rightfully or wrongly) and when I then checked other sites offering the same old model, the average price was less than half of what I paid. When I contacted MacSales, they offered to take it back if I paid the return shipping, which is not insignificant as I am not a commercial shipper. I would have appreciated if MacSales would have offered to pay the return shipping for not making full disclosure, I do not expect to buy anything again from this merchant!"

"Got a MacBook Pro M3. It was described as being in excellent condition. I am very picky about condition, and this computer exceeded my expectations! It is basically new. If someone used it, that was probably only light use at most for a week or two. The care taken to prepare it for sale clearly shows. The hard drive contained no extraneous files or software. It was the same basic install I would expect from Apple. I have been putting the computer through its paces for a few days, and there are no issues with functionality or any features. Everything works just as if I had bought this MacBook new directly from Apple. Meanwhile, OWC's price was very good, much more reasonable than buying a new computer. I was able to get the computer I wanted, with the features I need, at a price that a huge discount compared to buying a new MacBook Pro. Shipping was fast and on time. The computer was packed expertly and very securely. I would mos definitely buy a computer from OWC again. I have bought other products, such as upgrades from them before. Their support and dedication to their customers is top quality!"
