"Amazing fast service. I ordered 3 items for 350 dollars at 1 pm. They shipped the same day and because they are also located in California, I received the products within 24 hours of ordering.

"I was forced to cancel my order with them, but it was by no fault of theirs. The order was going smoothly, they even accepted PayPal. It was to be shipped the day after I ordered it. A few hours before it was going to ship I emailed to cancel and they were very helpful, it got cancelled before it was shipped and they refunded me. I would definitely order from them again sometime."

"Ordered a PVR350 with SageTV on 7/27 (I'd sent an e-mail 7/2 asking if I could preorder since the PVR350 was out of stock. Got a reply back that day that preordering did not work with their system but they were getting an order of 200 units, so getting one should not be a problem).
The card and software shipped that day and arrived well packed via UPS."

"Ordering from PCalchemy has been a great experience. I initially purchased a 'Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-250 MCE (OEM)' for my HTPC. Upon receiving it I plugged it into my machine but had issues with it working. I eventually diagnosed the problem as an incompatibility with the specific mobo I was using. I contacted PCalchemy to see if there was a fix or some update I could download. They didn't have one but said they would contact Hauppauge and try to sort the issue out there. However no solution could be found. I sent the card back to have them diagnose it and see if there were issues w/ the card itself. Finding no issues with the card, PCalechmy then decided to send me TWO new different 250 cards (w/o any CC# for a deposit!) to see if either of them would work. Fortunately one of them did work and it's been working great. Purchasing from PCalchemy was a smart decision on my part. The staff is technically savvy and they have great customer service. I'd definitely buy from them again."

"I have been extremely happy with the product and service I received from this company. Even though their site said orders after 1:00p will ship the following day, they shipped it out that night anyway and I received it within two days using UPS Ground. And when I had questions about the product I'd already ordered, they responded within 30 minutes.
They carry great products, are knowledgeable, and very fast. My only complaint is that I wished they carried more variety."

"I placed an order on Friday night for an Ahanix HTPC case and accessories. PCAlchemy called me on Saturday to let me know that they had just received a new replacement part number that had all of the accessories bundled and was $70 cheaper to boot! "After scouring the net for the best product and deal for a tv tuner card. I found that pcalchemy was highly recommended by the htpc community. They were not wrong.
They had the very best price on the net and they processed and shipped my order promptly. Extra points go to them in my book for not using those nasty styrofoam peanuts for shipping.
I will look forward to buying from them in the future when I get started on my own Home Theater PC project."
