"I got assistance ordering online by calling one of their phone order representatives named Anne on May 5,2021. She told me to ditch a promo that gave me a discount of 40% off one item so she and all her power could write a memo and get me free shipping and return promo. She said it would discount after I order it. I'm charged full price. I call to ask what's going on and was told by a young man to wait 5-7 days. That wait was so they could ship it and put me in a situation where I have to pay to return their crud that they lied to me about using their promos on.You call for help and they rip you off more. Dishonest people. Dishonest company. Poor customer service. Horrible employees. Just don't do it."

Finally reach someone via telephone and was told that even though they have not yet put my order together, I can not cancel. "I got my items from WW on 10/28/19. Mailed it back for return on 12/21/19( quality of the items was bad).Called customer service on 1/7/2020. Representative told me my package came to them on 1/6/2020. (From Missouri to Texas 3 week????). But was told I can expect credit to my account within 5 days. On 1/10/2020 I received my package back from WW ( to mail it back from Texas to Missouri 3 days only!!!) , I called customer service was told my return was “late return “. "On the 4th of Dec I ordered an item for a birthday present on the 15th of Dec. I never got a receipt from the company, I only have my PayPal receipt.
By the 11th I was getting nervous so I wrote customer service. I provided my PayPal invoice and transaction numbers. Today on the 12th I got a reply saying "In checking our records, we don't show an order for you." and the suggestion that I could re-order.
I called and waited 15 minutes to speak to someone. They were able to find me via my email address (that was also provided in my previous email) The customer service person said that the item was mailed on the 5th and wouldn't arrive until the 16th of Dec. I asked why does shipping take 9 days (not including Sunday's) I was told that was "FedEx's schedule" I then asked if a tracking/receipt would now be sent to my email and was promptly hung up on.
This is the worst kind of customer service. This company has lost my business and that of anyone I can share this story with. The item will arrive late for the birthday also so that is ruined as it's too late to reorder from someplace else.
This couldn't be more disappointing. I highly suggest avoiding this company."

"I purchased one item on 02/15/18, used a Woman Within coupon code, and paid $9.99 shipping. Less than twenty four hours later a new coupon was on their website-40% off and free shipping. Since my order was still "in process" I started a live chat with a customer service rep, asking for a credit on the shipping I had paid for. I was told, sorry, can't do that. I asked to speak with a supervisor and told them I was a thirty year customer, could I please get a credit for my shipping or just cancel the order. NOPE. Once an order is submitted, there are no changes whatsoever allowed. I feel that my only recourse is to spread the word about their bad customer service. Why in the world would a company risk public shaming for $10??"

What a joke. How about spend less in shipping me 3-4 catalogues each week of the same merchandise, and put it towards a software update that allows you to cancel orders before shipping, even before a tracking number has been issued. And they accept paypal, but they do not support paypal, so you have to wait for a check to be sent to you for your returns. "I have been a Woman Within customer for at least 15 years. But I will give my money to another company from now on as they show no loyalty to their customers. Recently I placed an order with Woman Within, under my long held account, using a relative's credit card, which had a name and address I had used several times in the past. They sent me a confirmation email, and then I waited. Ten days later my relative called to say she received a postcard from Woman Within asking her to call. The customer service rep at Woman Within said my order was sent to Customer Protection to verify the credit card, but they sent a card to my relative, taking a week without filling the order, as, "there was no email or valid phone number on file." When I asked why I received a confirmation email but no email about a delay, the rep first said no email was linked to the order, and later said their job was to protect the card holder and they did not contact the person who placed the order. After more discussion, the rep stated no one could order at Woman Within and use a different credit card - regardless of the 15 year account history using the same names and addresses. He stated the credit card holder (I used a Visa card) could place the order and have it sent to another address. He said there was no other way to do this. This is sad for Woman Within as I have placed orders using my relatives credit card on many sites through the years and never had this kind of problem. Woman Within must be missing a lot of business. Not all of us have credit cards available when we need them. The Customer Protection rep and her supervisor were not apologetic, did not care my order was delayed, and did not seem to care whether I canceled the order or not. Woman Within has been problematic in the past with slow shipping and cheap looking clothes - I suppose this was my wake up call to quit patronizing a business that cares so little for their customers. A heads up email to say there is a delay in your order would somehow be too effortful or breach security? Yeah. I canceled my 300.00 order. I will shop with a company that wants my business. "
"I have shopped with Woman Within for years. Over the last year the company has gone to HELL. Their product quality has fallen tremendously, while their Customer Service has become non-existent.
I would encourage everyone to find somewhere else to shop at all cost!!!
My latest encounter with the company was an order that was placed 1/30/13. I attempted to place the order through their on-line system to use an additional discount. The system would not accept the code for an on-line discount. Customer Service was not able to make discount work either. They finally added the discount as a manual override.
Once order was place, I received four different e-mails delaying shipment.
After 3 (Three)months I received a final notification saying Whoops the product won't be available and your order has been canceled.
I called Customer Service. The answer was sorry, in a VERY bland inconveniencing voice. No accommodation was offered, no valid explanation as to why it was dragged out for so very long.
I am without the product which was needed.

"Apparently I owe Women Within $35. But NO ONE had called me or sent me a bill. No contact at all until I get a letter from Redcats saying this is your final notice. If you don't pay $35 we will report you to the national Credit Bureaus. It's a lousy $35 dollars. I can easily pay $35 if someone, ANY ONE would have told me. But no one did! What terrible customer service. I intend to write Women Within a letter about this and their lack of customer service. And report them to the BBB! "Ordered $200 of clothing, and instead of the jade long-sleeved flannel shirt received this flimsy ugly blue with black lace short-sleeved shirt, I put it back in the pack with several other items that were either too see-through, and returned it . Later received letter stating they do not sell this shirt and will not give me a refund. The letter had no return address or return phone number, and when I called the customer service number on the web site, I was told again that they do not sell the shirt. I certainly didn't order it nor did I return something that I didn't order. Another Recats company, Roaman's also sent me something I didn't order and wouldn't give me a refund because they say I did order it. I ordered 2 of the same thing, quantity 2 of 1 item and received 1 item that I ordered & some other item. I will not buy from these people again since you don't receive what you order. Gave the ugly blue/black crap they sent me to Salvation Army. If you enjoy throwing your money away for crap, this is the company for you. And it's really a shame because I liked the cotton clothing that I could wear to work."
